Why is there a transition from two Big Frog Stores to one facility?

We’re making this move to increase operational efficiencies while maintaining the same high-quality service experience you’ve come to expect and deserve. Our team at Big Frog is excited to bring you a fresh and enhanced experience.

What if the Independence location is farther for me to drive?

We understand convenience is key! You can place orders over the phone or by emailing our designers at independence@bigfrog.com. Working with our design team makes ordering a breeze.

Does the Independence location offer the same services and selection as the Kansas City store?

Yes! Big Frog continues to offer the same services and apparel selections. We specialize in direct-to-garment printing (DTG), embroidery, screen printing, and more. We also offer up to 15 minutes of free design services, fast turnaround in as little as 24 hours for DTG printing on in-stock apparel, and no minimums.

How can I review and approve mock-ups for my orders?

We simplified the mock-up approval process using our state-of-the-art Point of Sale System that includes an order tracking system and communication history that our Designers can access easily. You’ll receive clear and easy-to-understand mock-ups for your orders and the opportunity to approve every step from design idea to final image before your garments are decorated.

I’ve developed a great rapport with the designers and owner at Big Frog of Kansas City. Will that continue?

Ownership has not changed, and we value the relationships you’ve built with the Big Frog of Kansas City team. Our Owners and the Design team are actively involved in our customer community, and we want to ensure that the personalized service that you love will continue.

I’m not familiar with the Independence area. How do I find the Big Frog Store?

Will the pricing change?

No. Prices will continue at the same level as before. You may see some minor changes for particular garments, but pricing structures and volume discounts will be the same.

If mail order is not as expected, what can I do?

We’re dedicated to making things right. If you’re not satisfied with the garments you received, let us know what went wrong. We’ll either remake your order to your satisfaction or provide a refund.
