The product was high quality, and the turnaround was REALLY fast. I was under an emergency bind with timing and the staff was super nice and accommodating and I'm really appreciative of their effort.
Great customer service and the fact that they got my order done within 48 hours was amazing. Their communication and eagerness to complete my last minute idea and bring it to life made our night with custom tshirts even more fun. Highly recommend!
The sweatshirt has nice design, soft, and washed well.
The only suggestion I might have, is to have inside pocket on the other side of the outside pocket.

I can't say enough good things about the Mequon location. They listened, helped me find the right product, helped take my design to the next level, added cool colors and made edits to what we thought was the final graphic. In the end I got a great product with great printing! They were the best!

The young gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had two color ideas for my design and he offered a thiird option. I liked his option the best and went with his suggestion. The hats were finished in the timeframe quoted. I was extremely pleased with the final product and may be back to order more. Thank you
While this is the first time using your services, I thought the process was incredibly easy and user friendly. Clear communication of when we would expect to get our items and when they were ready to pick up was great! Upon entering the store, the staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I will certainly look to use your services in the future!
The Friday before Christmas, I discovered that I needed to find a gift for an individual I did not know very well. The only thing I really knew was that he loved NASCAR. As soon as I entered Big Frog, the sales staff greeted me warmly. They directed me to their graphic designer who went to his computer and swiftly designed a NASCAR motif with the individual's name set into it. Despite how busy he was, he designed the motif carefully and told me the shirt would be ready for pick-up just a few hours later.
It was a perfect gift and much appreciated by the recipient.
And I deeply appreciated not only the designer's skill, but also his kindness and the kindness of everyone I met at Big Frog.
