Everything was great. The person I spoke with on the phone was wonderful. She worked with me and guided me thru what I needed. They also got the shirt to me the same day. It was for Christmas and I was running late. When the person opened the package it was perfect. It was a ‘burrito’ shirt and we all had a good laugh as that’s his favorite meal. Nice group of people.

It was easy to order a designed t-shirt when we called your company; the staff were very helpful and the product was finished in a timely manner. The end product is absolutely perfect abs the recipient lives it. I would have purchased a thicker t-shirt, but that is the only thing I would have done differently. I will say the website is not that consumer friendly - especially for novices. Thank you.

Big frog is the best! I have had a lot of DTG printing done here and the garments are always great. The turn around is always very fast, usually around a week from when I pay for the order. I have tried many different DTG businesses, but none of them do as good of a job as Big Frog. I love Big Frog!

Amazing service, from the first phone call all the way through to the delivery and even post-delivery checkin. Sanford and his crew offered countless revisions of our logo placement to ensure it was exactly what we wanted, and sent numerous samples up for us to evaluate. We couldn't get this kind of care local to Seattle, so we were delighted to be getting superior service from Big Frog of Portland!
