David & Christina Riddell, Owners of Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of Asheville

David and Christina Riddell opened Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of Asheville in May 2016. Their goal is to be ethical and humble experts in custom apparel decorating services like direct-to-garment printing (DTG), embroidery, screen printing, and more.

David and Christina have a background in business and customer service. Before Big Frog, David spent 25 years as a multiunit district manager in corporate retail. In his role, he recruited and supervised teams while ensuring high operational and customer service standards. Christina worked for CPA firms, having bookkeeping and payroll clients. These skills and experience translate well to business ownership.

The Riddells and their team are dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service while staying active and giving back to their local community. Their commitment to Asheville and Western North Carolina is evident through their servant leadership, glowing Google reviews, community involvement, and local memberships and partnerships.

    Everything went super smooth. Then, I approved their proof and paid. I only received an automated email after that, nothing else. So I reached out in regards to when it would be ready.
